Meet Dr Lewis
Dr. Joshua Lewis is proud to serve the community he has always called home. Born and raised on a farm in Southeast Idaho, he developed a strong work ethic, a commitment to serving others, and an appreciation for building lasting relationships—values that continue to shape the way he cares for his patients today.

After earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University–Idaho, Dr. Lewis attended Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. It was during his time at BYU–Idaho that he met his wife, Michelle. Together they have built a wonderful life and are the proud parents of five children.

Committed to providing advanced, comprehensive dental care, Dr. Lewis has pursued extensive continuing education beyond dental school. He is a Fellow of the Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum, completed the Western Surgical Live Hands-On Impaction Removal Course, and received IV moderate sedation training through IV Sedation Consulting. His advanced education allows him to provide a broad range of surgical and restorative procedures, including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, extractions, and IV sedation, helping patients receive the care they need in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Dr. Lewis believes every patient deserves honest recommendations, compassionate care, and treatment tailored to their individual needs. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure patients feel informed and confident in every step of their care. Whether you’re visiting for a routine checkup, replacing missing teeth with dental implants, or seeking relief from dental pain, his goal is to provide exceptional dentistry in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

When he’s away from the office, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with Michelle and their five children. After leaving Southeast Idaho to pursue his education and advanced dental training, he and his family were excited to return home to raise their children in the community that shaped him. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, hunting for big foot, and making memories with his family in the great outdoors. Dr. Lewis is grateful for the opportunity to serve his friends, neighbors, and fellow Southeast Idaho families by providing compassionate, high-quality dental care close to home.
